Hello. So here's the story. I visited Balfour Virgin Active inquiring at the front desk to possibly join. The lady in front told me the monthly fee, and then when I said I would like to discuss it further, she told me no consultants are currently available. I asked her if someone could contact me and she took my name and number and said someone will be in touch shortly. I waited two or three days, and after hearing nothing back, I went onto the website. I went to the Balfour club page and filled all my details in under the 'wanna join? ' section. Waited a week and still nothing. I actually didn't think it would be such a mission to join a gym, where normally gyms bug you to death to join. I am pretty shocked with this service, and unless I get some kind of free trial period with this gym I will not be considering joining any Virgin Active. I will give this another week maximum, and if nothing has transpired I will be moving on to Planet Fitness.
