Upon the opening of the gym at the mall in March 2013, each person that signed a contract was promised a back-pack with a few essentials within.
Unfortunately, to date, I am yet to receive mine, and it seems the same is true for other members too. When the issue was raised with the salesman who confirmed the promise, he just continues to postpone saying that I will get my bag.
See, this is not about the bag, I can certainly afford my own. This is about business ethics.
Have I signed a two year agreement with a dishonest organisation?
