The company I work for moved off Discovery Medical Aid. My vitality benefit was therefore cancelled and Virgin has started deducted the full amount of R539 per month from my account. Nobody bothered to phone me to tell me I would start incurring the full cost as I assumed the membership was cancelled. I do not want to go to gym at that price and want my money refunded. The staff at Steenberg are refusing to even listen to my complaint but are very quick to try and sell me another contract. They clearly dont understand that I am not willing to pay R539 per month for a gym contract. It's just not worth the money
