My husband and i met with Sibusio and THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH on the 22nd June, my husband was interested in signing up as I am at boot camp. The next thing I know, im signing a 12 month black tag membership. on Wednesday 26th June, I called Sibusiso to request that the contract be cancelled and that the R1100 debited to my Edgars account be refunded, he advised that I need to come in to cancel it, I explained that due to work I could only come on Saturday. When I went to the gym... what a waste of time, that could have been done over the phone, all he did was tell me that "admin" would contact me to advise regarding the refund. To date, nobody has called me and instead, they debited my account with R 248.50. I then called Sibusiso who said I should call the admin department on 011 8756300. I tried 4 times and the phone just rings
The gym and the people that work there are all artist, they are eager and willing to close any sale but will not assist afterwards. I advised Sibusiso that I will consider the gym after 4 weeks but after this... I WILL NEVER EVER GYM AT PLANET FITNESS AND I WILL SHARE THIS STORY WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
