I have logged a complaint in 09th March about the instructor in the spinning class named Analenna Eliot Masilo's very bad attitude towards me. On the 10th I got a call back from Virgin Active, to say that this matter has been dealt with accordingly and Analenna Eliot Masilo would come and apology's to me. To this very moment he hasn't come to me, instead his attitude has escalated to the point that one manager by the name Kabelo approached on the 26th June to say that I should stop attending the spinning class.
Kabelo (the manager), I feel that he's unprofessional because he's willing to lose me a client to satisfy his instructor Analenna Eliot Masilo's. I feel violated and disrespected that I now have to cancel my class.
I'm only left with only one option which is to cancel my membership and I'm not willing to the remain 9 months of my contract.
Please advise.
