It really is shady that Virgin Active refuses to cancel my contract immediately. I was told that i would be put on a list where debit orders will not go off and if i felt the same way after 3 months, the contract would be cancelled automatically.
Now i received an SMS saying that R625 has been debited.
I had to call the call centre and they can only refund me back in 5-7 workings days.
The call centre agent even confirmed that this happens to a LOT of people... SHADY SHADY SHADY!
