On the 14/06/2013 I received an SMS notifying me that my account is in in areas. In response on same day I logged a querry on the Planet Fitness website to find out how did my account get to be in areas seeing that I authorised Planet Fitness to debit directly from my bank and the specific amount thereof.
To date I'm yet to receive any response. I don't understand why must simple issues escalate before they get resolved, all I want is the details, the amount and the payments from my side will be made.
