I requested to be transferred to Wanderers at the beginning of the year and was told that it would take 2 weeks. This did not happen so in April I called through to Rosebank to find out why and got told that it will be transferred the next day. That did not happen so on Thursday, 20 June I went through to Rosebank to find out why this is not going through. Obviously I was furious as I got told at Wanderers that they cannot do anyting about it and had to drive to Rosebank AGAIN to sort this out. When I got there I spoke to Dale, the sales manager. I requested to terminate my contract and he told me that he will email me on Friday, 21 June with the cancellation fee. It is now Monday, 24 June and I have not heard from him. I tried calling the gym and got told that he was busy on a call and would call me back. I left my name and contact details and have not heard from him since.
