This morning I arrived at the Montana branch of PF at /- 05:10, at /- 05:30 I heard an announcement about my car so I went to the front desk. I was told that I have to go to my car because there is a crisis. When I got there, the front passenger side window was broken and my laptop bag was. I then heard that 3 other cars were broken in to as well. I went inside, took a shower and came out at /- 06:15.
I was told that someone spoke to Leon (branch manager) and he said he is on his way, also someone told me that they phoned the police. At /- 07:10 the lady who originally phoned Leon said that she has phoned him again, he was not on his way and simply stated that he will put her in touch with the head of security (but that is not who we have a contract with...).
At /- 07:20 the police arrived, I made a statement and left at /- 07:40, Leon still no where. Planet is supposed to have a security guard, but today he only arrived at 05:20 (he says...). The one lady's car had tinted windows, no way you could see the laptop bag without a flash light, smash&grab windows, window frame bent on the one side... they had tools and just happend to be there at the right time, right?
