As per my complaint, you also confirmed that our account is active, but then why as in my first letter of complaint, we cannot get access and our tags are blocked. This is my main complaint, Planet fitness confirm that our account is active, but our tags are still blocked!!! I have left a message for your MD to phone me, but a week later and my problem is still not solved, and no one phoned me back.
The staff are very rude and just bluntly deny us excess.
