Refer Virgin Active' reply denying the existence of a problem. Rather strange that Virgin Active now claims " it " has addressed my continuing complaints about the lack of discipline on Super Circuit. Having brought the lack of discipline regularly to the attention of the MD (who failed to keep a long standing appointment, to try and address this problem, all other efforts of writer being unsuccessful) amongst others and managers. Why would they not make a special and concerted effort to advise writer that they have indeed addressed my complaints, especially when examining then history and writers continued determination to address this issue? The reason remains with them, far easier to dismiss and deny the content of my complaints, as has always occurred.
I have long understood that Virgin Active not interested in its customers, money more important!
