Totally pathetic service every month since i opened my account they have debited the account on the incorrect day. The order is supposed to come off on the 1st of the month it has come off on the 23, 27th every date but the 1st. This month they double debited me. So when i phone to complain and try and speak to someone in connection with it i am constantly put on hold and transferred to another person who in turn transfers me. To top this off every month without fail i receive an sms from them to say my account is in arrears. Shocking service frankly should have paid more and stayed at Virgin Active at least they were competent and helpful
