I was assaulted, Sun Morning (29/09/2013) by a bouncer at Tiger Tiger PMB due to not wanting to leave the club as I was of the opinion I had done nothing wrong. I was there for a Hen's Party, I had one drink with the hen, I was not creating a scene, there was an incident regarding free entry, etc at the door. Words were said but I was allowed in the club. I was approached 3 hours later&was told I had to leave. I asked for management to confirm this (they didn't come to resolve the issue). The bouncer then assaulted me. My dignity was lost&I sustained minor abrasions. The response from management was not acceptable, where I had to do all the following up, hence why I am reporting it now as I have given them ample time to respond to the incident. I am shocked at the poor response&lack of human compassion. There was no concern if I was ok? I had to phone the main owner of the franchise in order to get the owner of Tiger PMB to contact me (after trying to reach him on numerous occasions), where there was just no sincere attempt to resolve the matter, no concern about how I am after this incident, if I was badly hurt, etc. It could have been handled in a much more professional manner, due to nature of incident.
