My daughter has been approached by a Body Lab gym consultant based at Kempton Park to come to the gym for free, it was a month promotion.but didnt signed any contract only fill her details
Apparently we receive a sumon from their attorneys indicating that she owes a gym R 8 502.11, and she is unemployed, still at school.where is she going to get the money because she is a student, not working.
I just warn the community to be alert about the companies consultant, is consumer act being followed in this regard. if you recruit a unemployed girl, have they consulted her parents, or guidance.
I need help in this regard.
