I was or still is a member of ozone fitness gym in lenasia, I haven't been gyming there for a long time I call the gym in September 2012 to ask if I can cancel my contract they said I have to pay the outstanding 6 months which I advised they have to deduct it monthly as normal until my contract end in February. I cancelled my debit order in Feb but they still charged each and every month to date thereafter, they were so unprofessional they sent me a letter of demand via SMS, I called them spoke to a consultant Vithush which was extremely rude and dropped the call, they threatening me to blacklist me after I advised them numerous time to cancel my contract, please advise
