Good Day
My contract expired last year April 2012.Before it expired i enquired with my gym regarding cancelling the contract. I was told to go onto their website and cancell it their that is what i done. But after April i was still receiving statements. I went to my gym to enquire about it they told me its okay they will sort it out. I left it their until i received my next statement. I went to speak to the manager he just waved his hand in the air nd said another one, and refered me to the reception desk. Problem is still not solved i am still receiving monthly statements.
