Planet Fitness has been deducting an UNAUTHORISED a double payment from our account for the last few months - we have not been able to have them find and fix the problem. We are Discovery health members. Today we hear that on top of this extra money that they took from us - now we owe them a SETTLEMENT FEE??? WHAT ON EARTH IS IT - WHEN DID I SIGN FOR IT??? We refuse to pay for it!!! Please please can somebody from Planet Fitnes please rectify the mistake with IMMDIATE EFFECT.
