Kalahari are not refunding me/returning my goods

I contacted Hellopeter last year regarding Kalahari who only wanted to give me a 50% refund on a damaged external hard drive and who ignored (and blocked) my emails. Within one hour of posting on this website they commented here by stating that they had indicated to me that the goods were not damaged (this was the first I had heard of this) and that I had a choice: either 50% refund (why only 50% if the goods are not damaged???) or they could return the hard drive (although this was the first time they had told me this). I then immediately emailed them and stated that I would then give in to the 50% refund, since proving that the product was damaged would be a lengthy process. And I just want to put this whole thing behind me and not deal with Kalahari ever again. After almost a month they have still not replied to this email. This is daylight.
