I am absolutely appalled with Truworths South Africa.
My brother is on the point of being blacklisted and they are sending me text messages saying they will blacklist me as well due to lack of payment.
No. 1. These accounts were both opened in Johannesburg and my brother and myself live in Cape Town.
No. 2. These accounts were opened via a text message and credit was allowed without mine or my brother's knowledge or approval.
No. 3. I have repeatedly contacted Truworths and sent through the required documents to get this issue resolved and they keep losing the documents and claim I've never sent anything.
I really am appalled at this shocking system that is clearly rampant with as well as the blatant disregard for the wronged parties.
