I purchased a lounge suit in August 2012, it was a jameson lounge suite which I paid R16000 cash for, on delivery they damaged my wall and door frame, 2 months later I called them to pick up the suite cause the back rest was opening, I wanted to change th sofa cause I didn't want the same problem again, the sofa was restitched and sent back to me, in March the same problem occurred and I called in for them to pick it up and replace it with something else, the sofas was picked up on 18 April, I visited the store on 27 April expecting news but received none, I was told I will receive a call but haven't, I just want them to change the sofas and give me something else because the 1 I have is very cheaply made, I paid R16000 cash and want my moneys worth, I do not want the samething and the same problem again and again.
