Disappointed in Morkels accounts department

I opened an account with Morkels in December 2011. The agreement between myself and them was that the installements will be deducted by debit on the first of every month. This hads been done succesfully until recently.

I recieved a call to say that I have not made payments for two months and my account is now in arreas. They told me someone cancelled the debit and they do not know how. The agent I was speaking to said, she would find out and get back to me but she never did. Three days later, I was called by a different agent who told me to manually pay the full amount including the last two months. I'm very furious as I do not understand why I have to be inconvenienced because some how their system failed. No one bothered to investigate the matter. They just refered my account to debt collecters.
