POOR SERVICE DELIVERY & NO CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP

My wife & I purchased a 3 Piece Leather Recliner set from Furniture City late last year. Upon purchasing the set we were told that the price had been marked down as the set had been repossessed due to the previous owners failing to pay their instalments. We were also told that the only problems, were that the one back rest had bolts missing. Upon inspection I found that it was 4x bolts which I could buy from Builders and replace myself. A few months went buy and eventually my wife and I noticed that the 3-Seater Couch had started to drop at the sides. The sides where basically pulling away from the centre piece. We notified Furniture City of this and after a long waiting period had them collected the Couch to have it repaired. They managed to repair the one side only and completely missed the other. This is when their service went downhill and I lost my faith in them. They never phoned back with an update and each time I had to contact them for a follow up, only to be told that they would get back to me; which again... they never did. The only time I received an update or got them to action my request, was if I popped in at their stores. This meant driving 30km to them!!
