I called in and wanted to cancel my cover, as the living costs are becoming too much. I informed Maitumelo Nkosi that I have been quoted a much better premium from the competitor. but Maitumelo Nkosi insisted I that I remain a customer of MI Way as I have been their customer for 3 years and she wouldn't want to lose me as a client. So after negotiating and being put through to her manager all was sorted. I chose to remain as a client of MI Way.
