IN JANUARY 2012 I PURCHASED SOME CHEESE FROM PICK N PAY, MIDLANDS MALL, PIETERMARITZBURG. THE CHEESE WENT MOULDY IN TWO DAYS TIME AND BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE WHO TOOK MY DETAILS DOWN AND SAID SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME, A PERSON FROM THE HEAD OFFICE DID CALL ME AND APOLOGISED AND SAID THAT THEY WILL SEND ME AN OFFICIAL APOLOGY LETTER WITH A VOUCHER. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY VOUCHERS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE CALL CENTRE FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS AND ALL THEY CAN TELL ME IS THE VOUCHER WAS SENT AND DUE TO THE STRIKE IT WAS DELAYED, WHICH IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE THE STRIKE STARTED WAY AFTER MY COMPLAINT.

I THINK PICK N PAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS NEED TO BE MORE HELP AND FRIENDLIER, THERE ARE SOME AGENTS WHO ARE VERY RUDE AND JUST SAID OH WELL WE CANNOT GIVE YOU HEAD OFFICE NUMBER, YOU HAVE TO LOG A QUERY WITH US AND WE WILL GET SOMEONE TO CALL YOU, WELL HELLO IVE DONE THAT SO MANY TIMES AND BO VOUCHER AND NO ONE HAS CALLED.
