It's not about the new accounts department, as i applied 6 months ago and it was declined.
They said i must re-apply in 6 months which was December 2012 and that is what i did.
The fact is that your people (Prenell Pandaram) sent me a mail of confirmation that my
account has been approved. You have the reference number and my details,
so i'm not prepared to put my ID number on Hello Peter.
Also the fact is that mail sent me on a wild goose chase and after a
few days Edgars wants to apologize for there mistake. This unacceptable and
the issue needs to be rectified. Now Edgars is telling me to apply in the next 6 months.
No wonder there is such a lot of complaints on Hellopeter about Edgars.
