My daughter and I purchased Nair Wax strips only to get home and discover inside the box it contained Mandy's Wax Strips.
Called Clicks and Maerua Mall about five times before some actually decided to answer the phone and explained the situation and was told you can bring it in with the receipt, no apology, no mention of whom to ask for, easy as that Just bring it in.
I fully accept that there are some very deceitful shoppers out there that do swop goods all for pricing, however the least a store can do is apologise for the inconvenience, and offer the shopper a little bit more of a personal touch, by saying "we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that was caused, please do come in and ask for XXXX, your complaint has been recorded and we will happy to assist you resolve the matter, and thank you for brining this to our attention" or something to that effect.
Stores should also ensure that hygiene is always maintained with tamper proof on their products. Customer Service in Namibia really, and consumers just have to accept what they get.
