I went to have my legs waxed, the therapist who waxed my legs was a cosmotoligest. It was as if she was scared of the wax. The application was far to thick as she even struggled to remove the wax, my skin was not supported and skin was removed. Wax was messed on my pants and no apology was even said. No post lotion was applied. I got home to find patches of hair all over my legs and wax was every where. I sent the owner an email and she herself said that was unacceptable. I paid with a voucher and no change option was even given to me. I then asked for my voucher back and she said she would. I have been waiting a week. I then have been emailing the spa owner and she does not even have the audacity to reply to mails. This is very unprofessional and rude if you ask me. This is no way to treat a paying client. I would not recommend anyone to go there as there is no professionalism and client care. People where opening the door while I was lying there with no pants on. HELLO that's no way to run a business.
