I received a gift voucher as a gift from my brother for two sessions at Legs Eleven. He paid them electronically and told them he did not have time to collect the actual voucher. He was informed that they will load it on their computer system and told him he could give me the Legs Eleven compliment sheet he was given by the staff member. However when I arrived at Legs Eleven for my appointment to redeem the voucher and handed them the compliment sheet I was told by the owner that the paper was fake and that it was in a different font. He also claimed with that their staff would NEVER EVER hand out the compliment slip anyway. He basically accused me of being a. I had to call my brother and they had to look up the proof of payment on their system. It was a terribly humiliating experience and was handled completely unprofessionally by the owner. Clearly their systems do not work and their staff are not properly trained and unfortunately I had to bear the brunt of their incompetence.
