In August of 2010, my mom purchased a leather lounge suite for our holiday home. The legs started to corrode and rust within three months of purchase. After reporting the problem a staff member of the branch arrived and agreed that the legs needed to be replaced. After almost three years of phone calls, bad customer service, rude behaviour and lots of attitude from the manager of the branch, the new legs arrived. I was then called to collect the new legs and asked to either fit the new legs myself or they would give me the number of someone who would fix the legs for me at my expense. The same manager who even told a friend acting on my behalf that we should be grateful for his help, went against his word and now expects me to have the legs fitted on myself.
