I called the call centre since last week Friday informing them they received payment twice for one acc and they need to reverse one payment, Charlene was very rude and said I cant get a refund because i'm behind with payment and don't broke my contract, her supervisor request that I send proof of payment and I did she then said she cant assist and I cant get my money back so she will send it to tracing they will assist me, I asked that she put in in writing and she refused to reply on the mail I send as proof for me. She spoke in a very load and rude manner. I want copies of the recordings because i'm going to take this matter to the next level.
