SLOW SERVICE & BAD TREATMENT TO CUSTOMERS WHO ARE

I usually buy my groceries & do shopping with this store I'm very disappointed & angry if this is a Pick 'n Pay policy, you must work it out it is wrong & very very wrong. Today 26/04/2013 I was at Pick 'n Pay Acres Mall in Potchefstroom I went to the bakery to have nice fresh bread I was standing on a que of 6 customers for more than 10 minutes, as we were assisted by this other slow lazy lady working at the bakery without "Name Tag". while waiting here comes 2 of your employees out of nowhere to buy the rolls one of them was wearing a name tag written "Rose" & she jumped in front of the que as she was assisted immediately by the guy at the bakery as he was wearing a name tag "Aviwe". This must stop we as customers we stand on the que while colleagues are given a better & quick service. THEY MUST REMEMBER THE SAME CUSTOMERS PAYS THEIR SALARIES.
