Constant Frustration

I'm a regular customer of this branch, as I have a catering business, and order from the bakery a few times a week. I am regularly disappointed at the service and attitude of the staff. My orders are often late and sometimes forgotten completely! 2 weeks ago, I arrived to find: not a single staff member at the bakery. eventually a lady from the deli went to look for Xolani (bakery manager) who took his time finding and packing the 30pizzas I had ordered. Eventually I went behind the counter, into the bakery to pack my own pizzas in the boxes!!! As I was leaving the bakery staff wandered in, laughing and chatting! Shocking!
I phoned the branch this morning to try order rolls (thought I would give them one last chance) and the lady who answered the phone said that Xolani was on lunch. I asked if she could put me through to the bakery, and she said they don't have a telephone. So I asked if I could leave the order with her to pass on to the bakery. She said no, and I quote... "eh, maybe I don't remember. I'm a very busy woman! " What must I do to get better service? Find a more willing bakery? Are you willing to train your staff to give the customer service needed? I await a reply.
