I recently bought a nike water bottle for active purposes from a well known sports outlet and the top of the water bottle stopped working. I tried to contact nike consumer for assistance but has since received no reply, I have mailed pics of the water bottle as well as pics of the bottle top which does not work. To use the bottle I must off the entire lid to drink water. All my active wear is nike but this experience has left me with a bitter taste towards the brand. I would expect a R20 water bottle to last a few weeks but not a bottle which is sold at a premium price. I can not return it to the store as I no longer have the purchase receipt I tried to contact Nike South Africa but have not received any reply from them as yet even though the website says all issues are dealt with within 24hrs.
