I bought a water expansion bottle in or around April 2013 brand new from BMW Northcliff and now on the 13th November 2013 I discover that the expansion bottle is now cracked. Is it fair that when i call the parts clerk I'm told that I bought the bottle long ago without even offering to have a look at the bottle to try an establish if indeed it was a factory fault or if there is an error with the car?
