Dear Nike Canal Walk,
Having visited the Nike retail store at canal walk I was looking for a specific nike football jersey which has been released by Nike but because it is from a lesser supported football club it may be more difficult to locate.
I spoke to the manageress who told me she would find out for me whether they could get the jersey. I went the the Friday and she promised to phone me on the following Monday with an answer.
Monday came and went and no phone call from Nike.
So the day after I e-mailed Nike SA to complain about the service.
I never got a reply from Nike yet again!
Time wasted on a brand who could not care about their customers!
If there is one thing I can thank Nike for it is for showing me exactly which company NOT to do my business with.
