These people send you stuff without order numbers and when you phone to arrange for them to take it back you get shouted at!!! DAVID made one of our staff members cry this morning. Our receptionist confirmed that we would take the goods if she could get an order number from our accounts department. Then the goods arrive here anyway and then they send the invoice even though no order was officially placed!! He phones this morning for payment and when she tried and explained to him the situation he was so rude and shouted on the phone the whole time. "Oh shame do you want me to come and have a tea party" was his reply when she said she does not appreciate his tone of voice! IS SOMEBODY GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE RUDE UNETHICAL people? It seems they are on the TOP of Hello Peter???
