Bought a officejet 6700 from incredible in May 2013. I did not open the box till this weekend. After the extra cartridge could not be found, did some investigating and found it was a second hand printer. Still had the previous person details and how many faxes and prints were done in April 2013. Took it back to incredible for a refund, did not have stock and could only try and source the product. Will not be buying HP products or from incredible anymore.
