Two weeks and not contacted

I have STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT THIS COMPLAINT: I went all the way to Cape Gate's Incredible Connection to buy a 32GB Lexar USB flashdrive, which was advertised for R149-95 from 25 to 28 April. I was told they are sold out with no more stock (3 days before the promotion ends!!) and they can't do anything and won't order one for me either! This is Incredible pathetic service, not to mention against consumer laws to be out of stock 3 days before the promotion ends! Your Incredible bad customer service cost me petrol, time and upset. Why do you reply here that you will contact customers and then ignore them? That is very dishonest.
