About 2 weeks ago I contacted Retha's Kitchens for a quote on a new kitchen. When the rep came to my house, he seemed clueless as to providing a quote. he took no measurements and wasn't even present for 5 mins, then promised that he will send me a quote, and I am still waiting.
With this incompetence, I don't know how they make money.
