I met Sister Van Tonder in September 2013 when i joined the Welliam challenge. She is very friendly, efficient and helpful person, and she remained the same throughout our interactions. This led me to decide to use the Kimberley branch, for my 10 week old sons immunisations. My fiance' is the one who ended up taking my son, who was attended to by Sister Van Tonder. Immediately after the consultation my fiance' called me and sung the same praises for Sister Van tonder. She advised that she was very helpful and went the extra mile in assisting to call our medical aid etc. She went on further to say how patient and attentive she was as well as gave good advise regarding formula options. A very big thank you to Sister Van Tonder, i hope that her superiors will give her the recognition she deserves, as this form of customer service is rare. We already have our appointment booked for our sons 14 week appointment and look forward to having him in such caring hands once again.
