No servcice, empty promises, non delivery

I placed an order for purchase of goods to the value of R1200 on 5 feb. I was told it might take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I was more than happy to wait. On 14 Feb I was told that those items were no longer available and that I could order something else. Marihett also said she will still try and see what she can do to get the others. on 5 March was told that one of the smaller items arrived but not feedback on the prospect of the rest. She said the one item was at the post office but she couldn't find the tracking number as they moved premises. I eventually got the number myself and got the item from the post office. On 17 March I informed Marihett that I can no longer wait and want a refund. She said it is fine, they have a 30 day waiting policy and thereafter it would be paid. After the 30 days I started following up. Every time there was an excuse, no internet connection, too busy, broken into the factory etc etc. All the follow ups had to be done from my side. From other reports it is clear this is not an isolated case. Companies like this giving other reputable online companies a bad name. I am taking this up with the CPC.
