I was looking for items that are not available in South Africa. So I decided to give WantItAll a try. Normally, I check reviews before committing myself, but didn't do so in this case & I am pleased that I gave them a try. I haven't seen a single good review on Hello Peter, so I probably wouldn't have used them had I checked first.

Their website is not the most user friendly, so I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item. It isn't easy to get through by phone, but I did get through eventually. When I emailed them, they responded pretty quickly. There was no problem getting the duplicated item refunded - it showed on my credit card statement the next day.

Delivery was as promised - just over 15 working days with constant email updates. My complete order arrived at my door - nothing missing.

I agree that they are expensive, particularly with books, but I expected to pay a premium for items not available here. I have ordered items from overseas before & while their prices look cheap, by the time you have paid VAT & duty at the post office, the item winds up costing a lot more anyway.

I will definitely use them again - particularly for "hard to get" items.
