Was given wrong medication. Although the sticker on the box (and, as I found out, the details on Clicks' system) stated that the medication was Epleptin, it had been stuck onto a box of Epitec, a totally different medication, which I had been taking for two months.
This set up a chain reaction of symptoms which had to be dealt with. One of the symptoms I had was a very irritating rash on my head which, I have subsequently found out is potentially lethal!
I have had to endure antibiotics, cortisone and blood tests to check my liver and kidney function. This all because of incompetent, obviously untrained, and probably unqualified staff!
I have been traumatised and am beyond furious and will never support Clicks again. There have been a number of other incidents with their pharmacies but this one has been by far the most dangerous.
