I am haviing a lot of problems with Clicks Direct Medicines, especially as regards my wife's prescription medication. Their service is very poor when compared with the pharmacies in Clicks branches. They are OK for my chronic medication once you get them to understand the details and it becomes routine. They are lax at responding to e-mails. They also don't seem to realize that medical aid savings accounts are replenished at the beginning of every year.
