I purchased a wireless mouse from [URL Removed] and a few months later it became faulty. I contacted them and they proceeded to send a courier to collect the item to be assessed. It was found to be faulty and I was credited for the purchase with the option to be refunded.
I actually wanted the item replaced and found the price had increased. When I informed them that I wanted it replaced they amended the price on the sight in order for my credit to be sufficient to reorder. I have now received the replacement mouse and l this happened within a span of a week.
I must commend TAKEALOT on amazing customer service and hope this report shows exactly how well their customers are treated. I have only had great service from this Proudly South African company.
