I a hair straightener from takealot last week. When I received it it had two small chips on the plate. I contacted them to have the item replaced. They logged my return on the 16th. On the 17th the courier company called me to arrange delivery and the item was picked up. During the weekend I received a message that my item was handed over to the couriers for collection. The item was deliverd today, 21 October. Really impressed with the fast and great customer service received. Thank you
