I have made many purchases from Takealot and have always been pleased with the service I received. However, I am truly astounded at the commitment to excellent service displayed by Innocentia who went above and beyond to assist me.
I needed to exchange an item that was delivered to me yesterday and I needed the replacement item by Saturday for my niece's birthday. Having paid partly with a credit on my account, I would have had to wait for it to be re-credited back to my account before ordering a replacement gift.
What I didn't mention in my email to Takealot was that the little birthday girl will be leaving back home to the US on Monday so I really wanted to give her her gift on Saturday at her party because I wouldn't see her again. But even without knowing this, Innocentia arranged to have the replacement item sent to me tomorrow when the courier comes to collect the item I want to return. All this to avoid a delay for me.
