I bought a Waeco inverter which is now out of guarantee. Just before Christmas the machine refused to function. I suspected that a fuse had blown. However the handbook says "it must be replaced by a qualified electrician". What kind of company makes a product where changing a fuse is so difficult? I telephoned the Waeco number and was told to ring Chris on 072 953 2049. I had difficulty getting hold of him but eventually he told me he would get the sales rep to call me. I am still waiting after 4 months.
