Very poor handling of customers

I am dealing with Clicks direct medicine since 1999 by ordering cronical medicine from them monthly. There are a co-payment due by myself monthly, which I did pay al along these years. I haven't received a statement for March 2013 and not yet for April as well. I have an outstanding amount due of R70.05 for March 2013 and R145.35 for April 2013. Can you belief that I recieved a letter through the post dated the 6th of April 2013 - FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT with due date the 22nd. I only received the letter on the 23rd. I immediatelly phone Direct Medicine the morning of the 24th, spoken to a lady Called Christal who refered me to the collection department. There I also spoken to a lady and who gave me clarity on the outstanding amount. I did a EFT from my ABSA account today for credit - Direct Medicine at Standard bank. An EFT between the 2 banks do not show immediatelly. After the payment a gentleman phoned me to inform me that if I do not made the payment I will be placed on the credit bureau. I really feel like a crimenal after doing business with this company for so many years. I closed my account today, and hopefully I am ridd of them.
