My wife sent a script to Clicks direct medicine on the 9th October and then sent the original registered post on the same day. Because we had no response my wife re faxed on the 18th October. When we went into Clicks chemist in Parkrand today the medicine had still not arrived. We have been with direct medicine for years our account number being 917 but will now change to another supplier as we cannot countenance this appalling service.
